The role
You take charge of the digital media strategy for demanding client accounts, from planning to optimization. You bridge the strategic vision and the day-to-day activation, drawing on data and AI tools to gain speed and precision. You work hand in hand with Veltech's creative, SEO/SEA and analytics teams.
Your mission
- Build full-funnel media plans (paid search, paid social, programmatic, display, video) from the clients' business goals
- Activate, optimize and steer budgets across Google Ads, SA360, DV360, Meta, TikTok, Amazon, The Trade Desk
- Negotiate placements and terms with media owners and platforms
- Leverage automation and AI bidding features to gain precision and deployment capacity
- Track performance, tracking and attribution with the analytics team, and turn the numbers into clear recommendations
- Present plans and results to clients with confidence
- Mentor junior profiles and spread media best practices
The profile we are looking for
- 6 to 8 years of experience in digital media planning and buying, ideally in an omni-channel agency
- Hands-on command of paid levers (social, display, programmatic, video, search)
- Essential experience with Google Ads, SA360, DV360 and Merchant Center
- Solid multi-channel budget management and knowledge of tracking and ad ops methods
- Comfort steering by data and reporting on performance
- An interest in AI-augmented marketing and analytics tools
- Excellent client communication and autonomy within a collaborative setting
