AI Developer

Veltech builds AI agents and LLM-based solutions for real-world client projects. We are looking for an AI developer with at least two years of experience, equally comfortable on the backend and in setting up intelligent pipelines. The role sits at the crossroads of technology, data and product design.

• Build AI services in Python (FastAPI), and in Node/NestJS when the context calls for it
• Build RAG systems, agents and LLM integrations at scale
• Leverage vector databases (Chroma, OpenSearch) for similarity search
• Improve answer accuracy: model evaluation, tuning, reducing hallucinations
• Set up private or offline AI environments (local LLMs) as needed
• Handle structured and unstructured data (PostgreSQL, object storage such as MinIO/Azure Blob)
• Build actionable metrics and analytics in SQL and Python
• Integrate AI interfaces in ReactJS / Next.js

• At least two years of development experience, a solid command of Python (FastAPI) and confidence on the React/Next.js frontend
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, embeddings and RAG solutions
• A good command of PostgreSQL, Git, CI/CD and security best practices
• The ability to translate complex technical solutions into clear business value
• Autonomy, rigor and high standards
