The role
Veltech builds products where agentic AI makes a tangible difference. Your mission: design conversational assistants that tap into business data, surface insights and guide users at the right moment.
This role is for someone at ease with the early stage, with ambiguity and with hands-on experimentation on LLMs. We value an engineering foundation as much as the ability to prototype fast.
Your mission
- Design and build agentic AI systems for conversational workflows
- Develop conversational assistants connected to internal data and APIs
- Integrate LLMs (Claude, Mistral, Anthropic) with enterprise data sources
- Apply prompt engineering, context engineering and agent orchestration to make results reliable
- Build the platform with LangChain and LangGraph (Python first)
- Model the persistence and data-access layers (Supabase, MongoDB or equivalent)
- Work with the product, data and development teams to shape the technical direction
- Define best practices as the AI capability grows
The profile we are looking for
- Solid full-stack or backend development experience on production systems
- Strong software engineering fundamentals (APIs, data modeling, system design)
- Hands-on practice with LLMs: designing and evaluating prompts
- Comfort in ambiguous, emerging contexts
- Clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences alike
- Daily use of AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude)
- Bonus strengths: LangChain/LangGraph, MongoDB, TypeScript/Node.js, Salesforce or Snowflake
